It was a great night to be a West Bulldog last night at the BHS Field House. The JV wrestlers started things off right winning 14 out of 18 matches. Winners were Xavier Foster, Jacoby Dowler, Ashton Eiffert, Sophia Gentry, Anthony Connor, Morgan Stevens, Gabby Nibarger, Justin Casey, Ezra Green, Kyle Srader, Camden Frame, Dominique Wright, Jr., and Gabriel Mottley. The varsity kept up the hot streak, defeating East 85-29. Winners by pin were KJ Smith, Blake Kapitan, Miles Mays, Deacon Gibbs, Jaxon Smiley, Hunter Masterson, Lincoln Hinchman, Matthew Cetto, Johnny Turcios, and Emmet Martin. Other winners on the night were Tyler Frepan, Brady Ramirez, Dylan Millender, Jax Miller, Brenden Myers. The match of the night was a last second takedown by Aaron Cupp to cap a huge comeback for the win. This brings the wrestlers team record to 18-2. With 5 matches on Saturday to close out the regular season, the Dogs are only two wins away from tying the all time wins record.
