Brownsburg West Middle School

The 8th grade basketball took to the road to take on Paul Hadley last night. In the first quarter the Pioneers were able to score at will which allowed them to jump out to an early lead. The defense woke up in the second and the Dogs were able to get back into the game. In the 2nd half the momentum would carry over with the Dogs outscoring the Pioneers 15 to 4 in the 3rd quarter giving them the lead and they never looked back on their way to a 43-35 win. Zack Hoover scored a game high 14 points and handed out several assists, Gavin Arnold attacked the boards with 9 to go with his 9 points. EJ Johnson and Brogan White also contributed on the boards with 8 and 7 respectively. Zionsville West comes to BWMS tomorrow night to conclude the regular season for the Dogs looking to end on a 4-game winning streak.
