The 8th grade basketball team kept the momentum going with a win over Avon South last night. The defense kept the Orioles in check and allowed the Dogs to grow the lead going into the break. In the second half, the Dogs continued to put the pressure on extending the lead and eventually cruising to victory 42-26. The team was led by Joseph Usani's 12 points and 10 rebounds and Zack Spina finished with 9. EJ Johnson finished with 7 while Gavin Arnold had 6. The Dogs finish their regular season next week with a couple of games.
