The Dogs traveled to Avon last night to battle the Orioles of Avon North. They set the tone early by shutting out the home team in the first quarter and only allowing 2 field goals in the entire first half. It would be more of the same in the second half as the Dogs relentless D allowed only 24 for the entire game as they would cruise to a 10-point win. Joseph Usani led the team in scoring with 10 to go with his 14 rebounds, earning him his 3rd double double of the season. Zach Hoover would add 7 with some key free throws down the stretch and EJ Johnson chipped in 6. Zach Spina, Taevin Owens, Gavin Arnold, and Drew Konger also scored. The team looks to keep the winning ways going when they host Cascade on Thursday.
