Brownsburg West Middle School

The 8th grade basketball team dropped their 3rd straight game to start the season when they traveled to Lincoln to take on the Lions. The Dogs found themselves in hole early giving up 15 points in the first quarter. They battled back to eventually take the lead in the second half. In the end, the Lions would escape with a 35-38 win. Joseph Usani had a monster game with 18 points and 14 rebounds as well as taking his second charge of the season at a crucial time in the game. Gavin Arnold played his best game of the season with 13 points as he attacked the rim. Zach Hoover added 4 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. The Dogs go on the road again next week to face Tri-West on Monday.
