Below is important information for those interested in trying out for the Brownsburg West Winter Cheer Team. All prospective cheerleaders MUST have ALL the following completed before Friday, September 27: 1. A Privit account created. You can find the Privit Portal on the Brownsburg West Athletic Web Page. Privit Website: https://brownsburgbulldogs-in.e-ppe.com 2. A physical dated after April 1, 2024, uploaded to Privit. No paper copies of physicals are to be turned in. 3. All documents including physical uploaded in Privit and must be signed by parents and athletes. 4. Click on BWMS Cheerleading-Winter as the intended sport in Privit. 5. Sign up on the live link on Instagram @brownsburgwestcheer completed by the athlete. This will include personal information for both the athlete and the parents. You can access the link using the URL on the back side of this paper as well. 6. Athletes will not be allowed to stay for clinics or try outs if all the above are not completed and cleared by our athletic trainer by September 27. Do not wait until the clinic day to complete these or get your physical. Dates: Mandatory Tryout Clincis: (Enter BWMS Door 17 outside the Aux Gym) Monday, September 30th from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, October 1st from 5:00-7:00 PM Tryout Date: (Meet outside the Aux Gym right after school) Thursday, October 3rd from 2:45-5:00 PM
