Brownsburg West Middle School

West Cross country teams had an incredible day on Saturday! The conference meet had perfect running conditions with a fast course and amazing temperatures. Girls went out and earned a fantastic 2nd place finish only falling short to Zionsville. Evie Thompson crushed the competition and not only got a new pr, but also took first for the conference meet. Addie Hines came in with a photo finish for third and June Dennis took 7th. It was such a great race to watch from start to finish. Our girls went out and ran some of the fastest times of the season. We had many pr's across the board: Elise, Audrey, Evie B., Evie T., Isla, Ava, Esme, June, Haddie, Virginia, Lillian, Addie, Allie, and Gwen. So proud of all of you! The boys took 4th overall at the conference meet. Ryan Collins came in the top ten and earned an incredible pr of 10:07. Boys had great races and earned many pr's: Ashton, Cody, Zack, Charlie, Ryan, Grant, Griffin, Cam, Lincoln, Owen, Miles, Jordan, Noah, Jack, Sam, Declan, Nate, Ben, and Callen. Such amazing running from this team. Great job boys on a great race at Franklin Central. Looking forward to our final meet of the season. State is Saturday and it is going to be a great day for a great run!
