Brownsburg West Middle School

Last night, the 8th Grade Football team won a double-overtime thriller over defending conference champions Zionsville Middle School. The two high-powered offenses traded touchdowns throughout the game. But at the end of the second overtime, the battered, tired and winded Dogs' defense prevailed. On 3rd and goal from the 2 yard-line, the team dialed up an all-out blitz. They made the tackle for loss, forced a fumble and recovered the football to ice the game. On offense, the Dogs were led by Myles Mays, Evan Arnold, Quinton Bowe and Anthony Connor-Williams. All five had touchdowns for the Dogs. The Dogs are back in action Thursday night at home for a 6:45 kickoff against Zionsville West.
