The 8th Grade West Bulldogs traveled to Cascade to take on the Cadets in a Hendricks County matchup. The Dogs missed some shots they would normally make early in the game and committed a few unforced turnovers, allowing Cascade to hang around for a bit. Grayson Gee knocked down a pair of threes to spark the offense and help West take an 18–10 lead into halftime. The defense took over in the second half. The Dogs stayed disciplined and connected, holding Cascade to just four points over the final 12 minutes. That defensive effort turned into offense, and West pulled away for a 44–14 victory, marking their second straight win. Logan Downs led the way with 13 points and 9 rebounds. William Walters added 8 points and 7 boards, while Brady Wilburn and Grayson Gee each scored 6, with Grayson also taking a timely charge in the first half. The Bulldogs look to keep the momentum rolling as they host Danville on Tuesday.
