Brownsburg West Middle School

The 7th Grade Boys Basketball team traveled to Cascade Middle School Thursday night for a clash with the Cascade Cadets. The Dogs came out a little flat, struggling to pick up their intensity for the first half, clinging to an 11-10 lead at half. The second half showed a rejuvenated squad and they rolled to a 30 point second half and a 41-27 victory. The team was led in scoring by Carter Spears with 15 points, scoring 10 of the team’s 11 points in the first half, doing everything he could to keep them in it. Adam Poisel hit a couple second half threes on his way to 12 points of his own. The 6-2 Bulldogs take on Danville at home next Tuesday.
