Brownsburg West Middle School

The 8th grade Bulldogs traveled to take on the Eagles from Zionsville Middle School on Tuesday night. William Walters and Logan Downs each knocked down early 3-pointers to spark the Dogs, helping them play even with the Eagles through the opening quarter. Turnovers, however, proved costly in the second period. Zionsville capitalized with several easy baskets while holding the Bulldogs scoreless, creating a 20-point halftime deficit. Despite the hole, the Dogs showed fight after the break. Roman Easton caught fire from deep, draining three triples, and Izaac Nance added another long-range shot as the Bulldogs chipped away at the lead. Their push made things interesting, but the comeback ultimately fell short in a 43–29 loss.
