The 7th grade softball team made sure they had plenty of road snacks for their trip up to Westfield last night. The girls didn’t need any luck from the Shamrocks as they came ready to offensively and defensively and ended up pulling out a 14-4 victory. Mack Attack Hill pitched 6 strong innings including 10 strike outs. Ava Grace Pogue with 2 hits on the night and Bri Gallagher who walked thrice thought two heads together would be better than one and collided together on a bunt ball. Jordyn Zollner had 3 hits on the night, speedy Bailey Barrow and Brooklee Wagers stole multiple bases, Laniah Walkine had two hits and stolen base, and Addy Mock made it to first for her first time this season. The girls hope to carry this mojo into Monday’s game vs Carmel.

Unfortunately, they same up short in the end.  CeCe Bradley had a great bunt in the bottom of the 6th inning advancing runners on base. Kenzie Cress scored the only run of the game for the dogs.
